Kaell and Kaiden Kourt Apartments is a family run business resulting in very personal attention. Upkeep of the property is a priority. Someone is available 24 hours a day if a problem arises.
One and two bedroom apartments available with one bathroom and washer /dryer hook-ups. One year lease is required and rent ranges from $400 to $600 per month. We provide garbage services. Tenant is responsible for electric, water and sewer. Electricity is provided by Kentucky Utilities, which has one of the lowest rates in the Southeast. Laurel County Water District #2 provides the water and City Utilities provides sewer. No dogs allowed.
